Timi has a huge new gash behind his dorsal fin, likely resulting from fierce fights with other dolphins. Such things are quite normal for dolphins and Timi is doing just fine. We have been seeing him regularly throughout the summer, and the new gash makes it even easier for us to identify him at sea. Timi is one of the most frequently encountered dolphins in Slovenian waters, as well as one of those you can simbolically adopt. Left photo: Timi in June 2013. Wow, that looks nasty. How come it doesn't get infected?
